and payment until 15th July 2026.
From this date onwards, we charge the standard registration fee.

1 Applies only to delegates whose membership in the ESGE or in one of the ESGE Corporate Member Societies - AGE, BSGE, SCGP, SEGI or TPMIGS - is active and paid at the time of registration and remains valid during the Congress. Members must identify their society when registering. The membership details provided will be verified. The organiser reserves the right to change the registration to a Non-Member registration if the membership status should not be valid.

Young Endoscopists are defined as endoscopists who are currently trainees in obstetrics and gynaecology OR specialists who have completed their training no more than three years ago.

* ESGE cordially invites all participants to the Welcome Reception in the exhibition area - the official opening of the industry exhibition on Sunday evening.
Please note: The ESGE Club Night is an optional social event and is not part of the official scientific programme of the ESGE Annual Congress. Participation requires separate registration and payment and is not included in congress registration fees, sponsorship packages, or educational grants.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the congress office (esge@eurokongress.de).
The following cancellation fees apply:

| Cancellations received between 16th July until 31th August 2026 | 50% will be refunded |
| Cancellations received from 1st September 2026 | no refund will be made |
Pre-Congress Courses & Club Night
If only a pre-congress course or a Club Night Ticket is cancelled (while the congress registration remains valid), the following applies:
- Until 31st August 2026: 100% refund of the respective fee
- From 1st September 2026 onwards: No refund of the respective fee
