The ESGE 35th Annual Congress 2026 is approaching and we are very excited to welcome you to Kraków!
In order to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we would like to share with you some useful information.

BADGE PICK UP
Your personal QR code was sent in a separate email. Bring it on your mobile device or as a printed copy. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder.
Scan the code at the Delegate Self-print or visit the Badge-print Service counter with your QR code or a valid ID.
Please wear your badge visibly throughout the congress. It is personal and non-transferable.

The Welcome Reception will take place in the industry exhibition area after the sessions. Please collect your badge beforehand, as it is required for access.

CONGRESS APP
The congress app “ESGE Congress 2026” is available for download in the app stores.
WATER BOTTLES
ESGE focusses on sustainability. Grab your complimentary water bottle at the cloakroom (Level 0) in exchange for your voucher and look out for the various water stations throughout the venue to refill your bottle on the go!
CME-CPD CREDITS
An application for EACCME accreditation has been submitted. The final number of CME credits will be published on the congress website once confirmed.
How to receive your CME-CPD Credits
To receive your CME certificate, you must:
1. Pick up your name badge.
2. Scan your attendance twice a day at the CME-CPD Credits Counter.
3. Complete the online EACCME evaluation after the congress.
On Thursday, 8th October 2026, all participants will receive an email with a link to the online evaluation.
Once you have completed the evaluation, your CME certificate will be generated automatically and sent to you by email.
Evaluation deadline: Monday, 26th October 2026
Please note that evaluations cannot be completed and new certificates cannot be issued after this deadline.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Your Certificate of Attendance will be sent automatically by email on Wednesday, 7th October 2026.
