CME-CPD Credits |
An application for EACCME accreditation has been submitted. The final number of CME credits will be published on the congress website once confirmed. How to receive your CME-CPD Credits To receive your CME certificate, you must: 1. Pick up your name badge. 2. Scan your attendance twice a day at the CME-CPD Credits Counter. 3. Complete the online EACCME evaluation after the congress. On Thursday, 8th October 2026, all participants will receive an email with a link to the online evaluation. Once you have completed the evaluation, your CME certificate will be generated automatically and sent to you by email. Evaluation deadline: Monday, 26th October 2026 Please note that evaluations cannot be completed and new certificates cannot be issued after this deadline. |

The certificate of attendance will be sent automatically by e-mail on Wednesday, 7th October 2026. |

Name Badge |
Please wear your badge visibly throughout the congress. It is your personal admission pass and is non-transferable. |
Programme Changes |
Last minute changes due to functional, private or organisational needs can be necessary. They will be announced – when possible – on the congress website and on the congress app. The event organiser accepts no liability for any additional costs caused by a change of programme. |
Availability of seats |
As the scientific programme offers numerous parallel sessions in rooms of different capacity, we strongly recommend you to be in the session hall of your choice early as we cannot guarantee availability of free seats in all sessions for all participants. |
Welcome Reception |
The Welcome Reception will take place in the industry exhibition area on Sunday, 4th October 2026 at 17:30 directly after the end of the sessions. |
Charging Stations |
Charging stations are available on Level 1 and Level 2 during congress hours. Any charged devices should not be left unattended while charging. |
Coffee & Lunch Breaks |
Snacks and refreshments during the official break times are included in the registration fee. The catering areas are located in the industry exhibition area. |
Cloakroom |
A cloakroom is provided for all delegates during the official congress opening hours. It is located on Level 0. There you can also drop off your luggage. Any items left there are the responsibility of the individual. And the organizer cannot be held accountable for any loss of personal items. |
Mobile Phones |
Delegates are kindly requested to keep their mobile phones in silent mode in all session halls as well as in the industry exhibition hall. |

All presentations and lectures are intellectual property of the authors and thus no audio or video shall be recorded or broadcasted at any time by the participants. In accordance with the authors the scientific programme will be recorded by the organizers. Please note that any speaker or delegate asking a question might be recorded together with the running session. The recordings may be published by ESGE or its appointees on the ESGE or any of its affiliated websites or in any other ESGE or affiliated publications. |
